Johnson-Odom claimed against the Turkish Club for outstanding salaries and interest. Under the BAT Rules, art 16.2, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons for the unpaid salaries with an interest rate. The Club was also ordered to pay a contribution towards the player’s legal fees and expenses.
