HR
HR is responsible for all aspects of people management and traineeship at Matrix. This includes recruitment, training, payroll and staff wellbeing. Members’ annual regulatory requirements such as BMIF are also included in the HR function.
Lindsay plays a central role in overseeing all aspects of human resources management at Matrix, including payroll. Her responsibilities encompass recruitment and onboarding, making her the primary point of contact for all traineeship, staff and lateral recruitment enquiries. She provides guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective candidates.
In addition to her HR duties, Lindsay coordinates the annual regulatory obligations for members such as professional indemnity insurance and practising certificate renewal. She ensures that members remain compliant with industry standards and regulatory expectations.
Lindsay has been a member of the Matrix team since 2006. Prior to joining Matrix, she gained extensive experience working at the High Court, bringing with her a strong foundation in legal administration and a deep understanding of the professional environment in which Matrix operates.
