HR is responsible for all aspects of people management and traineeship at Matrix. This includes recruitment, training, payroll and staff wellbeing. Members’ annual regulatory requirements such as BMIF are also included in the HR function.
Lindsay is primarily responsible for human resources management at Matrix. This includes recruitment responsibilities. Lindsay is your first point of contact for traineeship and application queries. In addition, Lindsay organises members’ annual regulatory requirements including BMIF and continuing professional development.
Lindsay has been at Matrix since 2006 and previously worked at the High Court.
