Lamar Crocker filed a claim against the Turkish Club Akin Corap Yesilgirseun Belediyesi Spor Kulubu Dernegi for outstanding salaries, bonuses, expenses, interest and late payment penalties. The Arbitrator issued an award under the BAT Rules, art 16.2 without reasons.

Spanish player sought outstanding bonuses and interest from the Turkish club. The Arbitrator issues an award without reasons under the BAT Rules, art 16.2. The Club was ordered to pay the player in respect of unpaid bonuses with interest, and was also required to contribute towards her legal fees and expenses.
Bone v Galatasary Spor Kulübü Derneği (BAT 0739/15)
Claimant submitted that the respondent club owed her for contractual bonuses and salary not paid. Held that the arbitrator shall decide “ex aequo et bono”. Decided that if the parties had intended certain games to be exempt from bonuses, this would be in the contract. The financial penalty imposed was rejected due to the lack of disciplinary process.
Andrija Stipanovic v Club Basket Juvecaserta srl (BAT 0809/16)
Stipanovic filed a claim against the Club for outstanding salaries and interest. Under the BAT rules, art 16.2, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons. The Club was ordered to pay the player together with interest as well as a contribution towards his legal fees and expenses.
Darius Earvin Johnson-Odom v Trabzonspor Basketbol Kulübü Dernegi (BAT 0823/16)
Johnson-Odom claimed against the Turkish Club for outstanding salaries and interest. Under the BAT Rules, art 16.2, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons for unpaid the unpaid salaries with an interest rate. The Club was also ordered to pay a contribution towards the player’s legal fees and expenses.
