The Centre of Comparative and Public Law is part of the Faculty of Law of the University of Hong Kong. The 11 June conference will facilitate a meaningful exchange of views arising from the Hong Kong Government’s Extradition Bill, allowing comparative perspectives to inform the discourse of whether the Bill contains sufficient safeguards for rights. Mark will focus on UK ad hoc extradition practice, and human rights protections in UK extradition cases.
