Annual Student Open Day & Diversity Open Evening

Matrix will be opening its doors to prospective applicants for traineeship that are thinking about applying in the forthcoming round this year to commence traineeship in October 2027.
These two sessions will take place in person and via Zoom.
The Student Open Day will be starting at 1pm and will last approximately 2 hours. In- person places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis, with priority to those applying for traineeship in the forthcoming round.
The Diversity Open Evening will follow a similar format, starting at 5pm, and will have additional sessions for those who come from a background that is underrepresented at the Bar.
The purpose of these sessions is to give those who are considering applying to Matrix an opportunity to ask any questions they may have about the application process and what life is like at Matrix.
If you would like to attend one of these sessions, please email recruitment@matrixlaw.co.uk giving your full name, email address and whether you would like to attend in person or remotely and for which session you are applying for (there is no need to attend both sessions).
Please also confirm if you are applying for traineeship/pupillage in the forthcoming round of applications opening Jan 2026 for an Oct 2027 start.
