Front of House

Chloe is the Head of Operations and is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the teams dedicated to Facilities, Fees & Finance, IT, Front of House, and payroll.

This includes all aspects of company finances, barristers’ professional fees, facilities and building management, the IT provision, H&S compliance and the organisations charitable arm, Matrix Causes Fund.

She works closely with the Chief Executive to implement the financial and operational strategic vision of the business.

Chloe and the teams aim to provide exceptional levels of service and expertise, and are happy to discuss any aspect of their roles.

Olivia joined Matrix in 2026. She is a final year Bachelor of Laws (Honours) student at Latrobe University in Melbourne, and relocated from Australia to London.

In her spare time, Olivia enjoys sewing and crocheting, reading, and playing the Piano.

Before joining Matrix in July 2026, Lucy studied Criminology at the University of Nottingham.

In her spare time Lucy enjoys swimming.
