2025 is Matrix’s 25th Birthday. In that time, Matrix has been at the forefront of cases concerning LGBT rights. During LGBT+ history month in February, we started a project to map some of the cases in which our members have been involved. This month, we will be publishing the results of that research in a series of posts.

In the first of those posts, we present a timeline of cases, both before Matrix and during the 25 years since our founding. Many of the cases have created or contributed to the most significant milestones of recent LGBT+ legal history.
