Luis González García was interviewed on Bloomberg news on 17 October 2016, discussing the challenges facing a post-Brexit UK when negotiating trade deals with members of the World Trade Organisation. Luis, an international trade law expert and former trade negotiator, comments on the statement by the Chief Economist at the WTO that it would take the UK “many years” for these deals to be negotiated.
