Sir Paul Jenkins QC (Hon) was interviewed on the US National Public Radio yesterday, commenting on the judgment in R (Miller) v Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union, the ‘Brexit’ case concerning the procedure for triggering the UK’s withdrawal from the EU under Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union.
