Zoë Leventhal and Paul Skinner join Matrix Chambers
Matrix is delighted to announce that two new members have joined us. Zoë Leventhal has joined from Landmark Chambers, effective Monday 24 July and Paul Skinner from Henderson Chambers, effective Tuesday 25 July.
Zoë practises in all areas of public law and human rights and is listed as a leading junior in these areas. She has particular expertise in welfare benefits law and other areas of social justice, and has broad experience in healthcare and community care law, immigration/asylum, EU law, and planning & environmental law.
Paul principally practises in public law, human rights and commercial law. His public law and human rights practice currently focuses in particular on immigration, asylum and nationality law as well as healthcare, homelessness, war crimes, competition and state aid, procurement and the regulation of financial services. Paul’s commercial practice spans commercial fraud, contractual claims, partnership and directors’ duties disputes. He also has experience of environmental, media, sports and employment law.
