The Investigatory Powers Tribunal (Lord Justice Singh and Mrs Justice Farbey) has decided that it would not be equitable to grant the victims of the attack during an Ariana Grande concert at Manchester Arena in 2017 an extension of time to bring their claims against the Security Service (MI5), the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) or GCHQ.
