The UK Covid-19 Inquiry holds its first preliminary hearing in Module 5 today.

Module 5 will examine the procurement and distribution of key equipment and supplies during the pandemic, including PPE and oxygen. The Module will consider a range of significant issues, including conflicts of interest, procurement compliance, maladministration and alleged fraud.

Jesse Nicholls represents Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice (CBFFJ), a UK-wide group made up of thousands of those whose loved ones died during the pandemic. Jesse is instructed by Elkan Abrahamson and Nicola Brook of Broudie Jackson Canter.
