Supreme Court upholds decision to dismiss headteacher

The Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal brought by a headteacher who was dismissed from a primary school for failing to disclose her association with a convicted sex offender. Sarah Hannett appeared for the local authority and the governing body of the school.
