Supreme Court to decide whether locking up disabled 16-17yr olds on parents’ say so is lawful

David Wolfe is acting for the Equality and Human Rights Commission, intervening in Re v D (a Child), a Supreme Court appeal, to argue that 16-17 year old’s cannot generally be locked up on their parents’ say-so, and therefore to allow that for those with a disability is unlawful disability discrimination.
