Worboys rape victims ruling appealed by Metropolitan Police

The Metropolitan Police have launched an appeal in the Supreme Court against the ruling that found that they had failed the victims of one of UK’s most dangerous rapists, John Worboys. The ruling found that the investigative failures made by the Met Police breached the women’s human rights. Phillippa Kaufmann QC, Karon Monaghan QC, Helen Law and Kirsten Sjovoll are involved in this case.
