Clare Montgomery KC and Katherine Hardcastle acted for Bombardier in relation to the SFO’s investigation into suspected bribery relating to Garuda Indonesia. After a 4-year investigation, the SFO announced this week that it would be closing its investigation. Bombardier continues to cooperate with the authorities in the US and Canada.
