Secret Court Overturns Home Office Decisions To Deprive Two Men of their British Citizenship

The Special Immigration Appeals Commission has delivered a judgment that contains important findings on the circumstances in which UK nationals with Bangladeshi family ties can be deprived of citizenship. Hugh Southey QC led Alasdair Mackenzie of Doughty Street Chambers. He was instructed by Fahad Ansari of Duncan Lewis.
