Rhodri Thompson QC instructed on post-Referendum judicial review

Rhodri Thompson QC has been instructed by Mishcon de Reya in relation to potential litigation arising out of the EU Referendum. The mechanism for withdrawal from the EU, Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union, has never been used before and its operation raises fundamental constitutional issues for the relationship between the Government and Parliament. Rhodri is instructed with Lord David Pannick QC and Tom Hickman of Blackstone Chambers and Anneli Howard of Monckton Chambers.
