Richard Whittam QC was a member of the RFU Disciplinary Panel chaired by Philip Evans QC, the Head of the RFU Independent Judiciary, that dealt with the thirteen Barbarians Players disciplined for their breaches of the Covid-19 protocol, and for twelve of the Players who gave a false account to the RFU when the offences were being investigated. The other Panel member was Hike Hamlin, Chairman of the Independent Disciplinary Panel for EPCR.
