Professor Takis Tridimas quoted in BBC article ‘Reality Check: Did EU court ban Islamic headscarf at work?’

Professor Takis Tridimas has been quoted by the BBC following the European Court of Justice’s important rulings on the principle of non-discrimination in Achbita and  Bougnaoui cases, delivered on 14 March. The European Court held that, under certain circumstances, an employer may dismiss an employee for wearing an Islamic headscarf to work. To read the article in full, see here.
