Professor Christian Tams has co-edited the Oxford Commentary on the Statute of the International Court of Justice, a leading work on proceedings before the World Court. Now in its 3rd edition, the launch was celebrated with a panel debate featuring Judge Joan Donoghue of the ICJ, Professor André Nollkaemper and the two editors (Professor  Christian Tams and Professor Andreas Zimmermann) on 18 November at the Residence of the German Ambassador in the Hague, Netherlands.  The commentary brings together contributions from 65 authors (judges, diplomats, practising lawyers and academics) to provide authoritative guidance on the work of the World Court.
