To conclude the symposium on the 20th anniversary of the ILC Articles on State Responsibility, Professor Christian Tams and Dr Federica Paddeu have contributed the final article in a series of 13 posts from academics and practitioners on this aspect of international law.
The Articles were adopted by the UN International Law Commission on 9 August 2001 and are one of the foremost documents of contemporary international law, and play a role in nearly all inter-State and many investment disputes.
