Professional Misconduct Proceedings against “Trojan Horse Teachers” halted by Panel

Published:

An independent Panel has today decided that the professional misconduct proceedings against the senior “Trojan Horse Teachers” should not continue, as a result of an abuse of process by the National College for Teaching and Leadership (the regulator) which the Panel described as “an extraordinarily serious error of judgment”. Claire Darwin has represented one of the five teachers throughout the lengthy proceedings, instructed by NASUWT and Edward Cooper of Slater & Gordon.
