Focussing on immigration and deportation cases, Philip outlines findings from a systematic analysis of UK news reporting, identifying recurring inaccuracies and misunderstandings about the Human Rights Act, the European Convention on Human Rights, and the role of domestic courts and the European Court of Human Rights.
