Phillippa Kaufmann QC appointed as Chair of the Board for the Mental Disability Advocacy Centre

Phillippa Kaufmann QC has taken over from Dr Felicity Callard as Chair of the Board at the Mental Disability Advocacy Centre (MDAC). The MDAC is an international human rights organisation that uses law to secure equality, inclusion and justice for people with mental disabilities worldwide. They operate at a global level as well as regional and domestic levels in Europe and Africa.  Phillippa has supported MDAC since 2002 when she delivered training for lawyers and NGOs with MDAC staff in Latvia.
