Clare Montgomery QC represented Petrofac Ltd when it pleaded guilty to seven counts of failure to prevent bribery between 2011 and 2017, bringing to an end the long running SFO investigation into the company. Petrofac was ordered to a total of just over £77 million in confiscation, fines and costs.
