The trial in Waddell and another v Bluebell Cars Holding and others began on Monday 16 February.
The claim is brought by Peter Waddell, former Chief Executive Officer of Big Motoring World. Mr Waddell alleges that he was unlawfully removed from the company as part of what he describes as an orchestrated attempt by colleagues and private equity group Freshstream to assume control following a downturn in trading performance.
Mr. Waddell is alleged to have misconducted himself in a number of ways, including sexual and racial harassment and bullying. He either denies making the remarks or contends that comments were taken out of context.
