Northern Ireland High Court holds that limitations on rehabilitation of offenders violate article 8

The Northern Ireland High Court has held that absence of any opportunity to apply for convictions to be spent violates article 8.

Hugh Southey QC led Steven McQuitty and was instructed by the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission.
