The Noddy ‘No-nonsense’ Guide to Special Educational Needs (SEN) Law 2022, co-authored by David Wolfe KC and Leon Glenister, has been updated and is now available.

The Guide brings together the relevant legal provisions, the codes of practice, Government guidance and case law. It is a free public resource to assist all those dealing with SEN law in England – including judges, legal practitioners, local authorities, and parents. This latest Guide covers all relevant case law since the last edition in March 2022 and includes new content on determining which local authority is responsible for a child and young person’s SEN provision.

In addition to the PDF, there is now an interactive version of the Guide on the Support SEND Kids website, enabling readers to comment, ask questions and search more easily.
