A jury has convicted two defendants of multiple counts of conspiracy to defraud and insolvency offences after a 14 week trial and a seven year investigation. Nichola Higgins represented the SFO together with Amanda Pinto QC and Jennifer Newcomb. Sentencing will take place on 14 June.
