Matthew O’Regan will be moderating and speaking at the workshop on litigation and collective redress at the The Law Society’s annual Competition Conference.
Matthew will be joined on the panel by Naoimi Reed (Herbert Smith Freehills) and Duncan Lishman (Frontier Economics) to explore key trends in class actions and collective redress, with a focus on digital markets. The speakers will provide insights into emerging opportunities and challenges in private enforcement, emphasising practical strategies and outcomes.
