Matrix has signed up as a Supporter of the Charter for Black Talent in Finance and the Professions. This means that we support the Charter’s aims and principles, including the fundamental aim “to bring about long-overdue and meaningful change through action led from the top” with senior leaders “who are fully accountable for the delivery of progress measured against clear action plans and ambitious targets”.
