Lynne was the architect of the equal marriage legislation in England & Wales, commissioned the first ever UK government transgender action plan, and campaigns for LGBT+ rights internationally. The 2015-16 competition is scheduled to take place on Friday 4–Saturday 5 March 2016, in the New Academic Building at LSE on Lincoln’s Inn Fields in central London.
