On 7 February 2026, Kate Cook spoke at the New Directions in Environmental Law Conference (NDEL) at Yale Law School.
Kate spoke on the expert panel “Human Rights Based Approaches to Environmental Jurisprudence”, which addressed new approaches and current challenges in securing the right to food.
Since 2011, students have organized the New Directions in Environmental Law Conference to examine changes in and novel approaches to Environmental Law.
