Karon Monaghan QC and Aileen McColgan appointed to panel of major review into UK’s gender discrimination laws

A nine-month inquiry into the UK’s gender discrimination laws is to be launched amid fears a potential post-Brexit move towards a lower regulation economy could see protections eroded. This major review to be carried out by the Fawcett Society will be led by Dame Laura Cox and assisted by a number of lawyers and academics, including Karon Monaghan QC and Aileen McColgan.
