International Law Commission holds 69th session in Geneva

On 1 May 2017, the sixty-ninth session of the International Law Commission (ILC) commenced in Geneva. Matrix’s Professor Sean Murphy, who was recently re-elected as a member of the ILC and who was appointed the Special Rapporteur on crimes against humanity in 2014, introduced his third report on this topic.
