International Court of Justice holds final hearing in maritime boundary dispute

The International Court of Justice is holding a final hearing in the case of Maritime Delimitation in the Indian Ocean (Somalia v Kenya).  The case, which began in 2014, concerns the delimitation of the international maritime boundary between Somalia and Kenya.

Professor Philippe Sands QC and Edward Craven are representing Somalia as counsel and advocates before the ICJ.
