An inquest has found that no adequate care plan was in place for the anorexic teenager, Pippa McManus, who killed herself five days after being released from The Priory in Altrincham.
Pippa McManus, 15, was released from the psychiatric hospital in December 2015 and died five days later after stepping in front of a train. The jury concluded that Ms McManus had committed suicide but found that an inadequate care plan and a lack of support available to her family, contributed to her death.
