On 19 March 2026, Mrs Justice Tipples handed down judgment following a preliminary issue trial as to ‘meaning’ in Digital Isle Limited v Marcos Enterprise Ltd and another [2026] EWHC 642 (KB).
The preliminary issue trial arose in proceedings, brought by an Amazon online retailer against a distributor of Velcro goods, alleging defamation and malicious falsehood.
