Helen Mountfield QC has been featured as Lawyer of the Week in The Times for her work acting for Tamara Gubeladze, a Latvian, in the Supreme Court. The seven justices ruled unanimously that it was unlawful for the government to extend its worker registration scheme beyond April 2009 and that EU nationals must not be refused a right to reside because they failed to register with the scheme after that date.
