Government faces Judicial Review over rollout of 5G network

A judicial review has been launched against the government’s plans to accelerate the implementation of the 5G network, claiming the Housing, Communities, Local Government and Digital, Culture, Media and Sport departments did not undertake a proper consultation on the decision to relax planning permission requirements on 5G masts. The claimants are concerned with the safety and long term health risks associated with mobile phone radiation.

David Wolfe QC is instructed by Learmond Criqui Sokel in this case.
