A Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA), agreed between G4S Care and Justice Services and the UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO), was the subject of a preliminary court ruling on 10th July 2020 and final judicial approval will be sought on 17th July 2020. Under the DPA agreement G4S has taken responsibility for three offenses of fraud between August 2011 and May 2012 regarding financial reporting to the UK Ministry of Justice. Subject to approval by the court and compliance with the terms of the DPA, this concludes the SFO’s investigation into G4S.
