Florence Iveson appeared in the High Court yesterday representing an Appellant sought in the Republic of Ireland for a €70,000 fraud. Instructed by National Legal Service, Florence successfully argued that the order for extradition should be quashed due to the compelling family circumstances of the Appellant, who was the primary carer for her profoundly disabled daughter.
