Employment Appeal Tribunal decision on Rule 12 of the new Employment Tribunals Rules

The Employment Appeal Tribunal has today handed down its first decision on Rule 12 of the new Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013. Rule 12 requires an Employment Judge to reject a claim before it is sent to a Respondent if it contains certain substantive defects. Claire Darwin appeared for both Respondents.
