In Alpha Anne & Ors v Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust [2026] EAT 15, the EAT held that outsourced contract workers cannot rely on s.41 of the Equality Act 2010 to bring claims against a principal that are, in substance, about their contractual pay terms with their direct employer.
