Court of Appeal rules UK asylum seekers may have been detained unlawfully

The Court of Appeal delivered a judgment today that is likely to mean that many migrants detained before 15 March 2017 under the Dublin III regulation for removal were unlawfully detained. Hugh Southey QC appeared in the case instructed by Duncan Lewis. For further press coverage please see here.
