The Court of Appeal has heard the Attorney General’s reference on a point of law in the Colston statue case.
Clare Montgomery QC and Blinne Ní Ghrálaigh represented Rhian Graham, one of four protestors who were cleared of criminal damage by the jury.
Ms Ní Ghrálaigh had represented Ms Graham at trial.
