Court of Appeal allows appeal by Dr Bawa-Garba


The Court of Appeal today allowed an appeal by Dr Bawa-Garba against the decision of the Divisional Court to remove her from the medical register. The decision reinstates the determination of the Medical Practitioners Tribunal that she should be suspended from practising as a doctor for one year.

James Laddie QC, Sarah Hannett and Karon Monaghan QC were involved in this case.
