Court of Appeal rules that Pimlico plumbers entitled to workers’ rights

The Court of Appeal have concluded that workers described as self-employed who were engaged to work for Pimlico Plumbers are truly ‘workers’ and are entitled to a number of workers’ rights including the right to bring discrimination claims.
