Claire Darwin speaking at Employment Law Association of Ireland’s Gender Pay Gap Reporting seminar in Dublin
Claire Darwin is speaking at an Employment Law Association of Ireland (ELAI) seminar in Dublin tomorrow morning.
Claire, and two other employment law experts, will be discussing ‘Gender Pay Gap Reporting’. Draft legislation on mandatory gender pay gap reporting was recently published in Ireland.
Claire specialises in employment and discrimination law. She has handled many high-profile and high value discrimination and equal pay cases across a wide range of sectors. Her recent discrimination work has included advising the Government Equalities Office on its July 2019 consultation on sexual harassment in the workplace. Claire was called to the Irish Bar in 2018, and will retain her rights of audience in the European Court of Justice and General Court after the UK leaves the EU.
